This course is aimed at anyone who wishes to help their clients to change behaviour. As it can help clients to discuss and explore their ambivalence to any change in their lives it is suitable for any professional working with any client group of any age in any setting. Suitable for anyone working with clients in the drugs, alcohol or sexual health field. It demands no previous expertise or knowledge from participants and will provide a basic understanding of Motivational Interviewing or act as a refresher. Please let us know your specific circumstances and we will tailor this course to match your client group. This programme can also be delivered over two days which allows a more in-depth look at each step and provides time for practice of the techniques in pairs.
